The bartender who worked Aug 3rd around 7pm was very rude to me. I sat at the bar and wasn't greeted and he served 2 new customers who came after me. Very rude and I could make him lose his job. Implementing customer service is must.
I placed an online order for pickup for the party pack that feeds 4 to 5 people. When I arrived home with my order, the flour tortillas was not in the bag. You would think the restaurant would have a check list but evidently not. So, I called the Pearland location and spoke with the manager on duty, Fernando to explain the issue. He stated that I could pick up the tortillas and additional ones due to the situation.
