Terrible experience and won’t be back to this location. We are very frequent visitors of Los Cucos and know their standards and quality. We always compare how fast our service is at Los cucos vs other restaurants and they have set the bar very high. We know we can be in and out quickly with yummy food! But this location is lacking. The only thing saving this place are the servers. The management is absolutely horrible. I came with a small group of friends and ordered drinks. Our server Alexis was very communicative of the obviously busy state of the restaurant so we were very understanding. However, I cannot get behind waiting 45+ minutes for a singular tower and a couple of mixed drinks. I saw several guests go to the bar and get drinks way quicker. What happened was my friend ordered drinks and it took over 45 minutes and they gave us a tower from a different table with a different flavor that we didn’t want and we had to pay full price for the tower and the extra six dollars for the flavor when that wasn’t full order and the managers were super rude and didn’t give us. Our money back only gave us the six dollars for a drink. This is unacceptable and I will never come back again.
