Where do I even start? Well we walked in to Los Cuates and were greeted by a friendly hostess that sat us. After this though we were ignored by our waitress Randy who we later learned her name after asking the hostess and manager for help since our waitress ignored us for 25 minutes! She had 2 big tables and just looked at us and walked away until my boyfriend went to the front and asked for service. Our go-to place for lunch, dinner AND special occasions. The Trio offers delicious flavors for everyone and the combination plates are enough to share and fill your belly! Our servers and managers have always been attentive - and Anna makes sure your experience is extra special. The berry margarita is our favorite, but we definitely try the special of the month and have never been disappointed!!! They even have mariachis weekly to add to the already great atmosphere!
I would give it no stars, absolutely worst service every rude,main manager guys has the worst service every will not be taking my family back over here I found hair on my plate worst experience I ever had do not dine
