W Los Compadres has two locations so be sure to go to the one at 2350 W Northern for the best fish tacos ever. They are made with halibut (not just a fish stick), really fresh pico de gallo, the best I have had in forever. I am so glad I found this place.

GOOD FOOD, GOOD VALUE While it looks like any other hole in the wall the food was very good and the price was good too. From the chips to the sopapillas it was all delicious.

BAD BAD FOOD!!!! Unfortunately for me I got to go to this place where my friend got yelled at because in the part of Mexico she is from an 'enchilada' is not the same as the version this restaurant has. And on top of that, the manager does not speak Spanish. I'm sorry, but if you are working at a Mexican restaurant I think you should be required to be bilingual. I prefer the 7th Avenue location.

Good food, good price, good service What makes this place stand out is it's good food, great prices, and great service. Get there early for lunch, or you will have to wait for a table. They have this great chico menu where you can sample many items in mini, but they are still plenty big and hard to finish plates. It won't break you either, you can come back a couple times a week.

Yummy!! Wow! you have to try the weekday lunch specials!!! They range from 3.50-5.50. They are miniture tacos, burros etc... but they are still filling with the rice, beans and chips that is included, you will be rolling out of there. Try the enchilda, taco special. I have this once a week with a girlfriend and we don't have to break the bank either.

Location on 7th Avenue is better This is the sit-down-wait-on-me version of their place on 7th Ave. Even though the owners are the same the food is not. This place has good food too but it's just not the same as the original.
