I am deeply saddened by the closure of such an exceptional establishment. However, I am grateful for the many memorable meals I enjoyed here. The Baja fish tacos were outstanding, and the margaritas were superb. The staff consistently provided a fun and friendly atmosphere, and we especially appreciated Brian's entertaining personality. Should we find ourselves in Denver, we will certainly visit your other location. Thank you to the Los Chingones team for all the wonderful experiences.

This restaurant is one of those golden finds you rarely come across. The food here is consistently good, I have come in the late evening and early afternoon, never had a bad meal yet. Those birria tacos are absolute fire, spicy, juicy, cheesy, and filling! Traditional birria consume, black beans, and spanish rice complete a perfect meal, I highly recommend you try it.
