Beats the completion highly recommend great way to meet some people and focus on your goals!
Great equipment(Rogue, Arsenal, Ghost etc.). Best gym in town. Great prices. Professional staff.
Doesn’t get our recommendation 0/10 , do not bring your kids around the owner
Best gym ive ever been to. As a former experienced powerlifter, this place has all the best equipment ive ever seen! Now as a person who works out to stay in shape, I love the resources this place has: treadmills, high quality cables and plate loaded machines. Its all well kept. I love working out here!
This is the best gym in Sioux Falls. I've lived here for over 3 decades, and the city has never seen anything like this. The staff is incredibly welcoming to all members and visitors. Everything is kept incredibly clean and the equipment is top notch!
