The owner is on-site and keeps a close watch over the quality of food and service. Rather than having produce delivered, the owner hand picks his produce at the farmers market and hauls it himself. The food is great, the staff is friendly and prompt. You just have to try it to understand how good this restaurant is. And bring your laptop for free wi-fi!
