The first cut was nice, but is there a way to update the availability on the book online option? It’s listing options of availability that are outside the business hours. I’m not sure if that’s on you or just the site itself. If you’re a new customer who books online, the hours are 9-5 so ignore the 5:30 slot. I was refunded so no worries.
Carlos was very professional, polite, & quick. The barbershop is very clean, great music, cozy lounge, & tv with multiple app options to use. We’re new to the neighborhood so we gave him a shot & boy he did NOT disappoint. It has been 8 years since we’ve lived in WA and it has been a struggle to find a great barber, so we’re very pleased that we found him. We will be returning. Thank you Carlos.
The shop is a full vibe, very chill good music flowing throughout the building as you wait, automaticity puts you in a good mood!
