I am always treated like a person. My pets are treated like if they were their pets.. I don’t leave not know what is going on... I am explained what is going on with me pet.. I do suggest they have a grief Counselor on the premises. Just for the fact that some people only have their pets.
Dr mason was a very sweet, caring doctor. She made my Stella feel so calm w her sweet talks:)
My Chihuahua, Bella, was very dehydrated and not eating due to ingesting some tasty morsel she found in the grass back in Nevada. Dr. Simmons went to work on her quickly. X-ray showed no blockage but, did show other signs. Meds, baby foods, time, and many prayers later, Bella is nearly back to her joyful self. Driving big rig, I am from east TN...far from my home and vet. An employee at the Petro Truck Plaza referred me here. (she has dogs, too.) Dr Mason is the best vet. She does not try to get you to do unnecessary tests on your pet if they don't need it. She's very caring and thorough. The office staff are very nice. Great visit as usual.
