Wish I could give this place zero stars.Rude management that doesn't even answer the phone .Thinks she can yell at people for coming to the office door because she's doing paperwork. How are we supposed to communicate with no phone and getting yelled at for coming to the office?
Management and maintenance here are beyond rude.They move their family members in here and fix their apartments but won't even fix a leak for someone who needs it.Also the phone line is never answered, how do you run a business like this!
The manager Lilly won't ever answer the phone! Also if you have a maintenance request they'll wait a couple years then try to charge you for it ! These people are extremely rude and scammers
This is the worst company ever. The manager and assistant manager are horrible. Very rude and no type of professionalism at all. Iv waited two years for my ac to be fix. 2 years with no ac in the summer here, with 3 small children, yet they still refuse to fix it. They sent them out last minute, and because I was sick, they refused to fix it, and didn't even let me know they weren't going to fix it. The assistant manager hung up on me when I expressed my frustration. I wish I could give it zero stars.
This company is crooked They accuse you over and over of not paying your rent even after giving management receipts several times They never fix anything, there is not even a working phone line here
