Seated quickly, drinks were taken but served by bus boy, then never asked what we wanted to eat so we left. Waiter was very arrogant. We just left, not going to deal with this kind of rudeness and this isn't the first time this has happened. La Cascada was wonderful!

Very disappointing experience with both the food and customer service. The vegetables were undercooked, the chicken was overcooked and extremely hard, and the shrimp did not taste right. When I told the lady at the front that the chicken was hard, she told me “no it’s not.” I then showed her the chicken, and she had nothing to say. Instead of trying to understand my concerns, she continued to be rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Anything I told her about the food, she said wasn’t true, insinuating that I was lying. Came here for the first time and itnwas really good. Thinker chips and good cheese dip. And u must ask for the home made hot sauce as u should at all mexican restaurants (thank me later).

The food was so good it was crunchy though but it’s protein I guess the server was nice she said I should brush my teeth but I take that as a compliment
