Los Arcos was our weekly Mexican spot for over a year. We always ordered the same thing. On our last visit, the side of guacamole was clearly less than the usual. I requested they bring us the regular serving of guacamole. We were told they would have to charge us extra. Terrible experience! This isn’t the way you treat a regular customer. That was our last visit. Try Zama instead. The difference is night and day. You’ll love the great food, portions, and friendly staff at Zama. Bye Los Arcos.
My husband just ordered 2 nacho supreme. They charged extra for the sour cream and the sour cream itself is missing and the beef is also missing. Used to be good service now it sucks to order here. And we specifically asked with no beans because I’m allergic and they added beans
The food is always good, the service is usually great, and the prices aren't bad.
