Good Mexican food! Really good prices!!
I don’t usually leave restaurant reviews, but I wanted to share my experience today. This was my second visit to Los Arcos. I’m currently working in the area and expect to be here for several months, so I’ve been looking for a good, regular lunch spot. My first visit yesterday was okay—the service was a little slow, but nothing that would have stopped me from coming back. Unfortunately, today was different. The restaurants prices are cheaper online then when you go to order pickup. The website has reward points you can earn. Their is no way to earn or redeem points at the physical restaurant location.
Los Arcos was our weekly Mexican spot for over a year. We always ordered the same thing. On our last visit, the side of guacamole was clearly less than the usual. I requested they bring us the regular serving of guacamole. We were told they would have to charge us extra. Terrible experience! This isn’t the way you treat a regular customer. That was our last visit. Try Zama instead. The difference is night and day. You’ll love the great food, portions, and friendly staff at Zama. Bye Los Arcos.
