Tried to get the heat turned on for my daughter because it has been getting cold out at night and they told me they would the next day. Had tried calling all day and got nothing. Explained and was basically told to kick rocks. So I guess my kid doesn’t matter to them.
I had an incredible time living at this place. Management is courteous and prompt when there is maintenance to be done. The community is really quiet for the most part and my neighbors really made me feel at home! Definitely going to miss this place!
