Cannot in good consciene recommend this company. With the exception of a very kind gentleman at dispatch, the extent of customer service, and satisfaction is less than exemplary. Rented a Mercedes van for a trip with a group of friends. Fairly high end trip, that I coordinated, so felt that the luxury of a Mercedes was in need. Read your contract and pay attention to the details and small print. Was charged 150 dlla for extra mileage ( my bad for not paying attention years of renting cars first time I had a mile limit). Was also charged 150 dlls for car detailing claimed SNOW was found in the car ( in San Diego 🤔). I made sure the car was cleaned out, and all trash was taken out of the vehicle but still got screwed over. I would definitely not rent from them again.
