Chad was amazing from the get go. He answered my questions from the initial call, and after I paid - he even called back to let me know he didn't get the paperwork. I didn't submit it because I didn't think he'd be that quick on it to serve it the next day, haha. Got served, and within a few days - got my proof of service digitally. I called Chad when I was in need of a process server for family court documents. I wasn't familiar with how it all worked and he was very kind and helpful in answering my questions over the phone. Overall the service was quick and effortless and I would hire them again should I ever need this type of service in the future. Thanks!

Unreliable. Despite what they advertise about "rush" and "same day" service, when I called about a rush service right down the street from their office, I was told they couldn't help me. Not very nice about it, either, which is the reason for the review. Our midsize firm was in the market for a downtown process server, but this one clearly doesn't want our business.

Could possibly be the worst of the worst. Simply horrible. I'm sitting here trying to figure out who could be worse. Sending this rediculous excuse of a company money or even considering it for a moment. If I was anybody in this planet I simply would refuse. This company is a scam. Process server isn't even a name for any company. PEOPLE WATCH OUT AND BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
