Absolutely terrible customer service. My experience began with dropped calls and background noise filled with laughter and screaming, completely unprofessional behavior. To my shock, I later found out the woman on the other end was actually the attorney herself, not just a call center employee. After the call was dropped, I called back, only to be met with impatience and disinterest. Bita is wildly unethical, and an extremely unprofessional attorney. I legitimately recommend hiring a toddler instead. I was not being evicted, I was actually being harassed by my landlord for asking basic requests. Like privacy, having my ring camera, and following a contract. Bita actually ended up gossiping and sharing information with my landlord, which put me in danger. It really makes me sick that Bita operates like this.
