This company does not really care to work with you on your debit. The manager Thomas refuses to send out an agreement that shows new amount. Wants me to trust him that it will be applied right. Well the Dave Ramsey in me just though liar. Then when I told him I would not make payment with out that he got very rude. Know your rights you can request an updated amount if agreed to. Never pay with out this. I will never contact them again but my friend who is a lawyer will. If they can not collect they will have to close doors. ... read more
this company is disorganized. I m trying to resolve my debt and they cant even send me a ledger of my "itemized charges". spoke to three people and cant get one solid answer to confirm my amount due.. THEY are a mess. attitude from "Tomas" the supervisor. "Paula" guessing amounts that's owed.
