Terrible front desk arrangement.
Poor front desk arrangement. We had an appointment at 10:45 and arrived at 10 o’clock, but by 12:15 we still hadn’t been able to see the doctor. The front desk deliberately put us behind people who arrived after us. Poor arrangement.
I had an amazing experience in here, this is an ORTHOPEDIC personal injury office only… not a Physical Therapy office.
Therapist here are horrible except Jose one person twisted my knee my last visit and injured it intentionally.
