Dr. Bagdasarian was very very kind and helpful during my appointment. Thank you so much for a great experience!
Doctors at this location are wonderfull BUT they have one of the worst authorization departments. For them to get the authorization from the insurance, I have to call and follow up many many times and for last 2 appointments it took 3 months of following up with them until they actually got the authorization. I have to change my appointment with my doctor couple of times. We are not coming there for an annual check up, we are visiting because we have CANCER! and it is important to have the order and authorization on time.
