Great food, we are long time patrons since before when it was Sol Vaiiarta. Food quality hasn't really changed so cudos.
For a small town like Colfax, this was surprisingly good Mexican food. Servers were very polite and attentive as well. Next time we come back through Colfax, definitely stopping here.
Great food
Some things are good here - others, not so much. I ordered the sopes and the texture was dry and brittle...nothing like what I've had in the past at other Mexican restaurants. The toppings were good so I ate the toppings and left the corn patties behind. If you feel like you're ordering something that likely isn't one of their common dishes, I'd suggest going with something different.
