I want to send a big shout out to the maintenance crew at Los Altos Towers. A couple of weeks age the refrigerator in my apartment froze up. The refrigerator was experience a warming spell. Jerry came by quickly and was able to get the freezer unfrozen and things working again. Many thanks you guys for the great job. I also want to recognize the hard work of the front office staff. I am in my third year of residency at Los Altos. Since moving in, I have witnessed this place fall apart under FPI management, but since Bryten took over as management there has been significant improvements made. The hot was out of order when I moved it and wasn’t fixed until late last year when Bryten came in. The club house has been beautifully redone. I just left LAT after 10 years. I loved it when Jamboree was the management team. FPI came in and raised my rent 45.7% -- yes, I could afford it, but refused and moved. The leasing staff left, residents moved out at an incredible rate. I feel for the guys who stayed. They "renovated" the apartments. Now they look cheap. Lowest quality materials, removed the only overhead fans in the apartments. Building smells, there is NO place that doesn't.
