Lived here for over a year, consistently had maintenance work orders, a/c out multiple times, upon moving out they proceeded to charge $60 for carpet stain removal while nothing was ever spilled on the carpet and it had no damage beyond normal wear. The apartment was returned as it was given to me and seems that the complex looks for any reason to charge residents money. Horrible experience, the only place I have ever left a negative review for.
Management team is unresponsive to maintenance issues. The dramatic rent increase without any updates to the individual unit caused me to leave. The community itself is fairly nice. Make sure to ask if the apartment has been upgraded before renting. Read as many reviews as possible as most are fairly reflective of my own experience of living there for multiple years.
why is the jacuzzzie always breaking down i don't understand one day it does and the next it doest

It's pretty awful. You can get a cheaper rate to move in brand new than renew your lease. The gate is always broken. They charge you every month for pest control regardless if you used it that month or not. The water is community charged so I pay 50 a month for a one bedroom same as someone with a 3 bedroom. It's always loud! Everything in my apartment falls apart. The appliances are out dated. There's always trash laying around. The management is rude when you go into the office. Maintenance sucks ass. Especially the Spanish guy with like the orangish hair . Swear he has some type of issue with me . Everyone here is rude. And the apartment is like very ghetto / ratchet for looking nice . Everything in my apartment kept breaking the first week I moved in . So unhappy and wished I never moved in this complex
