As a previous in-patient Hospice RN, I can't give enough praise to the entire staff of LAVNS Hospice. From the office staff to nursing and in-between, the care and organization was flawless. In addition, each member of the team exhibited a caring and loving heart. My only regret is that we could not bring them to Mississippi with us when we moved our Aunt into our home. Outstanding!
LAVNS' quick and professional care they provided my late husband during his short time in Hospice gave him the comfort and dignity to pass without pain or discomfort. Their support for me and our family continued with phone calls and letters and were a blessing to help us through the grieving process. Thank you LAVNS.
My mom needs home care and they won't even call me back. They don't seem to want my service - way to show how you'd take care of my mom. If she was suddenly ill and needed care you'd do what? Nothing I assume by lack of customer service. Very disappointing.
All the nurses are wonderful -- warm, caring, and genuinely eager to help. Exceptional individuls. Highly recommend.
