Vincent Fiorica in Los Alamos, NM, is not a good recommendation for anyone. I have tried to deal with him and his office before. He is arrogant, condescending, and overconfident. His staff are rude, impatient, and unaccountable for their mistakes. They will not help you, and you cannot reason with them to rectify an error even when it isn't your fault.
