Excellent property management service. Very happy with the invoices and responsiveness for any repairs, yearly statements that I use for tax filing, the choices and market information they provide to help me with my decision making, and the very low vacancy rate to date thanks to their efforts in finding long-term tenants. I highly recommend Los Alamos Realtors for rental property management.
Pixie is very helpful. Go to her for rentals, buying or selling.
When working with this company they where always polite and professional. They are all wonderful people to work with! That said this is a great company as well. The realtor Pixie works harder than any other realtor I worked with and goes out of her way to make things work. My son has also rented from them and was very happy with the rental experience. Steer very far from this company run by husband and wife Tom and Pixie. Rented property that they later took over as property managers. They were awful communicators, took weeks even months at times to respond to emails or repair requests. Took a long time to get our deposit back but finally got it all returned when it was clear they screwed up and had no legal leg to stand on. Do NOT enter into business with these people. Dishonest and disrespectful
Beware renting from this company. We were left with out use of our kitchen for a month, if anything broke it would takes weeks to fix, and you would always get a sob story as to why they couldn't fix it. Also when you move out document everything!! I can not stress this enough. Document every interaction with this company. They are not your friend. They have a reputation in town for trying to scam people out of their deposits when they move out.
