Was given a week to sign my lease when I was moving across the country and hadn't even seen the apartment. Was also threatened with eviction for not paying my rent within a few days of moving in (across the freaking country) while NOT HAVING INTERNET ACCESS. A service said to be provided by the lease. These guys treat you like money and not like people.
We had a great experience with LAPM! They were always responsive and took care of any issues that came up in the units quickly and always went above and beyond. When we were desperate to find a place to live in Los Alamos so we didn’t have a 2 hour commute to and from work everyday and they got us into a unit that fit our needs perfectly. Kind staff and great people. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
