The receptionist and Dr. McDonald were very nice. However the dental hygenist was somewhat pushy. Every five minutes or so she would push on me getting my wisdom teeth pulled even though I’ve been taking good care of my teeth and they are causing no pain. I understand the importance of the surgery but it’s quite expensive and I should have a say whether I get them pulled or not.
He dropped me as I could not take the X-ray during an appointment. On that appointment he accepted my apology for not taking Xray due to I had only 30 minute for that appointment. Then he sent out a note to dismiss me. This Doctor care more about money than you! Terrible. So he does not want you to cancel your appointment even you have a good reason for it.
All staff is professional. My care is exemplary.
