Most importantly they OVERCHARGE and have no flexibility at reducing the bill even a little!!! I got a few x-rays for 1 foot and got a bill for $677 after a meager $33 discount for insurance, even though they were in-network!!! Other notes: They do not provide parking validation, phone system AI is buggy and cannot locate me multiple ways, agents' English is difficult to understand, and they only offer financial assistance to those who do not have insurance.
Honestly not sure how this place hasn't been shut down. I've come here multiple times for various reasons as well as a family member of mine and a friend as well. Every single time I've come in (probably around 3 or 4 times) I have never once gotten a bed or a room in back. I've just had to sit in the waiting room with everyone else waiting to be seen. My in-law doctors were terrible. As a NP hospitalist, I would never just walk in and not assess my pts. Her primary care, never touched either one of my in-laws as they were in together. The discharge process was horrible. Taking 3 days to get hosp beds to discharge and discharge meds. Meds being cont that were stopped in hosp. Most of the nurses were great. Some not so much.
My daughter has been in this facility twice within the last 12 hours. She has a 5mm kidney Stone. I'm certain that she needs to have a ureter scope inserted into her uretha to dissolve this. They are treating her with pain meds, ineffective.
