We were looking everywhere for an emergency room and this was the only one without a 3 hour wait! They got us in quickly and everyone was attentive and quick to assist. Dr. Pearlman and the nurse staff were incredibly friendly and quickly got the pain level down quickly. Thank you for everything.
This was by far one of the worst ER visits I have witnessed. I went in with my mom due to a severe injury she had and of course expected a long wait time. We waited 5.5 hours to even be seen by the doctor and the doctor was by FAR the rudest we have encountered. Staff treated patients rudely when asked about wait times as if it was bad to ask, there was simply no hospitality. Friendly staff and quick to help..but unfortunately had a horrible experience with a racist (towards mexicans) Dr by the name of Velen Tat. Very disrespectful and u can tell he's a miserable person. Needs to be removed asap !
