I came in the ER and before I sat down to register I noticed that the chair had blood on it. I let the receptionist know and she said ok that she would get housekeeping to come and clean it. Well I sat in there for 2 1/2 hours and the chair continued to be dirty and everyone that came after me sat on the chair without noticing the blood. Very bad service of the receptionist and she has no manners or compassion on patients!
