No code of ethics here with the phone staff. My girlfriend got a phone call stating her 6 month follow up had been cancelled. She had a DVT and needed to see if she was going to be continuing of blood thinners. The secretary was extremely rude and unhelpful. She just called and said her appointment was cancelled. No explanation on why. The secretary insisted it was not 6 moths, she did not know it was already 6 month. No evidence and lack knowledge. The absolute BEST oncology office in the world! Dr. Dungo and Dr. Curti are brilliant doctors and the office staff is fantastic, caring and quick to help with anything a patient needs! Dr. Dungo treated me for Breast Cancer and her brilliance and her LOVELY bed side manner got me through the hell that was chemo, surgery, radiation and post cancer meds.
