Italian Seasoning Needed – I've recently arrived back in the country after spending three years in Naples, Italy. I've really come to enjoy Italian food and the seasonings that are used. The atmosphere of Lorusso's was quite nice, but the appetizer, insalata caprese, and rissoto/pasta dishes that my wife and I had lacked seasoning, especially the Italian seasoning that I've grown to love...

Fabulous Food – We have eaten at LoRusso's on several occasions and continue to return for the food, service and atmosphere. The food is excellent. Served fresh and the perfect temperature. The wine selection is superb. The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients in the food as well as the wine selection. How many places do you dine where the owner/chef comes out to see if you are satisfied or need anything?

Our Favorite Restaurant – We love going to LoRusso's not only for birthdays and anniveraries but also for a quick meal friday night after work. The specials are always interesting and the menu changes periodically. Rich LoRusso never fails to stop by and say hello to every table and the interior is so cozy and comfortable. The servers are excellent and really know the menu; they make you feel like family every time.You can get coupons and recipes from their website.

Impressed – I have to admit after moving away from STL and living in NY, Chicago and currently SF, I wasn't expecting much from some restaurant in STL that I hadn't heard much about...my parents frequent this place and when they took me for an engagement celebration dinner with my soon-to-be in-laws from CA, I was very impressed. Comfortable Elegance – We were greeted warmly as we entered, and the attentive service continued from there. Food was excellent, enjoyed the atmoshpere. Will definitely dine here again. We were treated as though we were regulars who dined there often.

Mange! Mange! – We've eaten at LoRusso's twice and had dinner in the lounge. It was a wonderful experience and we loved listing to the pianist play. It's very classy and service is great! The food was delicious, although the seafood/fish was slightly overcooked. Even so, the Cioppino was outstanding with lots of flavor, the perfect amount of spiciness, and a touch of creaminess to the base. You must try it if you love seafood!

This is Italian – This is a restaurant you come back to time and time again. Good food, service, with little private dining area on the side of the dining area. Note the children servings are on the older serving size. Don't be fooled by the restaurant exterior..it is a nice place inside.
