Awful lazy employees I paid $24 for a car wash and they didn’t even wipe my steering wheel down the guy with the beard at the counter said I had to pay eight more dollars to have it done the Mexican employee outside said give her a dollar and she would do it I asked the gentleman at the counter if I could bring my SUV back to detailing it today being 12 o’clock he said they close at six you have to look at it they’re not a very motivated car wash do not go besides that they stole money

Inconsistent. The last time I went my car was spotless! Just took it in because I needed a vacuum, granted my car was not too bad off to begin with but I saw NO difference when I received it either. Won’t be back if I pay 24$ for vacuum and wash and half of it isn’t even done. Pretty disappointed to say the least
They barely acknowledge you when you ask them something. After the car comes out of the wash they use rags to barley get the water off your car. The guy who "armor-Alled" my tires got the armor all all on the car. I had to ask several times for them to wipe the dirt off the bottom of my car. UNACCEPTABLE
I was at the Lorton Station Car Wash today. I left extremly disappointed and dissatisfied. I paid, $40., rain x premium, interior wipe down, and armor-all. I told, the cashier "Mike", that my tires were not even clean, he came out of the store and "atemped" to clean them. I then had to return home and clean my tires, vacuum parts of the car and wash between the doors. That was the WORST! car wash I've ever recieved and the most expensive!! not again..
Took my car in today 4/27/15...as I had parked in a parking garage that apparently leaked something from the ceiling down on my car, very difficult to get off...I tried polishing compound and could not get it off...The young man that does the hands waxing here at Lorton Station Carwash is amazing. Did a great job on my car today. Thank you!
