Closed our pool and did not get the water out of the lines and the burst! The next year The closed it and now we have two cracked returns. All we get is excuses from the manager and Phil. I would not ever let me touch my pool again.
I wouldn’t. They are great with sells but they do not behind their products. We spent 10,000 with enemy last spring for a hot tub and a “special top”. Neither one has been a good purchase!
RecommendedLorrison Pools installed a Radiant Pool for us last summer. I cannot say enough good things about them. They showed up on time, worked hard, and did an amazing job. We love our pool!!
I’ve tried to spend my money here several times but they are NEVER OPEN! 4th time this month I’ve came during the posted hours and the door is locked. Forget it. I will order stuff from Amazon.
I want to start this off by saying that I almost never write a negative review for a place. This place was actually that bad that I feel compelled to warn anyone else thinking of going here. Bought a pool install in May 2018 and still not completed at the end of June 2018 due to city building code violations. Communications stopped as soon as we had a problem. Worst experience ever!!!
I just spent $45000 on a pool install and it wasn't with this company. They never returned my request last year for an estimate. All my messages where seen by them, but wasn't important enough to actually comment. But I digress... I always forget how rich WV is and the constant pool installs going in every place. Was December your busy month on installs as I just wanted an estimate. No worries though, as its done and not by you.
