Landlord is a big bully.
I am extremely disappointed with the irresponsible handling of my maintenance issue over the past 6 days. Despite explaining the problem multiple times to different team members, no proper notes have been taken, and no effective action has been carried out. Three different plumbers have visited my home, none of whom have been able to resolve the issue. Each visit ends with the promise of sending someone else, wasting both my time and patience.
I have nothing but good things to say about maintenance, but pest control is a nightmare. They will not reach out to schedule entry notices. There have been cockroaches ever since I've lived here spraying the kitchen 5 times does not do anything. The cockroaches will just run into the other apartments, and yes, it's happened to me.
