Peace of mind apartment.
The worst cockroach infested hell hole I've ever inhabited in my whole life. I have never felt so unsafe in my own home. The homeless banging on my door in the middle of the night, while my radiator is leaking on my head. I am an immigrant and I have never lived in such poor living conditions in my life. These conditions are POOR. I would rather be homeless, and live in the homeless shelter than this building. Unless you like cuddling with cockroaches and bedbugs steer clear of this place.
