I am extremely dissatisfied as a new resident of this apartment community. From the beginning, the unit was not move-in ready and has presented serious health, safety, and management failures. At move-in, the apartment was freezing cold with no adequate heat during winter conditions, which is unacceptable. I have children with asthma, and the cold temperatures combined with an ongoing roach infestation have worsened their symptoms. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Idc how bad the situation is, living here will only make matters worse!!!. This is one of the worse places I’ve seen around and I’m from DC! Between maintenance not doing their jobs at all, the rental office only caring about collecting rent and whatever info they need, the infestation of roaches, piles and piles of trash at the dumpsters because they can’t keep up with payments and janky lease agreements, it’s stressful and very unprofessional! Do not be fooled by those 5 star reviews, they’re clearly FAKE! From management to the maintenance management! No one fixes anything! You have mold growing in your bathroom? Water pouring from the ceiling? A dishwasher that doesn’t work? Said dishwasher growing mold and making your apartment stink!? FORGET about them fixing anything! They’re pressed to charge you for anything and everything but won’t FIX ANYTHING! THE WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT MOVE HERE
