As new patient, arrived 10 minutes early for appointment and was refused treatment by rude staff and then doctor for not being there 30 minutes before the appointment time! They insisted that I needed to fill out paperwork and should have known that would take that much time before the appointment time they gave me. I was looking for a new physician, and Dr. Kosmatka came highly recommend. I was not disappointed. Dr Kosmatka addressed all of my concerns. We went over my medical history. I never felt rushed and he made sure to ask me twice if I had any other concerns or questions for him before the end of our visit. Professional and caring. I was very pleased with my visit.

This doctor should lose her license. She had someone in her office call a patient to tell them of a cancer diagnosis with the promise of a phone call from her. Dr. Clark never followed up and left the patient with many unanswered questions and in severe pain. For 2 more weeks, Dr. Clark's office has not been responsive in sending test results to the oncologist. The oncologist can't see the patient and offer care until these test results are sent.
My healthy teenage son was a new patient, and I booked him his annual physical, which was covered by my insurance at 100%. Unfortunately, this practice not only billed for the physical, but submitted a separate charge for an office visit and refused to remove the charge. We were then called in to discuss the lab work done, only to be told it was all normal and then be charged for another office visit. They are now trying to get us to pay $300. Ridiculous.
Dr Clark is a text book sociopath. I found her to be uncaring and without any conscience. Not a trace of humanity to be found here.
My final visit to the doctor was rushed and he wasn’t listening to what I had to say and I told him that his PA had offered opposing advise. He showed no real concern for my condition. He finally recommended a 2nd opinion which was equally as uncaring and i was not properly diagnosed.
Best doctor Ever! I convinced my husband to give Dr. K A chance. He never returned to his past doctor of many years after his first visit with Dr. K. Highly Recommend! You will not be disappointed ??
