She takes your money and destroys your life. She never contacted anyone and went against the father completely. The children suffered abuse 5 more years before he was able to prove Dukart didn’t do her job! Now father has full custody after mother abandoned the children and refuses to have any contact. Thank Dukart for wasting 5 years of my precious children’s lives! I told you they needed help! You refused to be that help & caused them serious mental and physical abuse.
