Do not get your braids done here I don’t know what happen to the business but I got screwed I paid 400 dollars for small braids ended up getting medium braids and very gappy!!! I am so disappointed. If I could i would give 10 stars to this business. I recently moved to Houston, from Chicago,IL. I was so nervous looking for a new braider, because I am so particular when it comes to my braids. I must say I’m so happy I found Lorral’s Braiding Salon the absolute best. They are very professional, meet your every need and want for sure, they care about their customers and take their time and make sure your braids are very neat and that you are happy. Wow and OMG!!! I got my hair done today Ladies and Gentlemen!!!!. I am impressed after 40 yrs of getting braids at several braiding shops in Houston and most recently Katy in the last 10 years. I was genuinely and pleasantly greeted and seated as I walked in for my 9am appointment, (WTH) the hair color I wanted (listed color wanted in the notes when I booked the appointment) was already pulled, separated and on the stand ready to be installed (no waiting, right there, preparedness killed it for me).
