Lorraine was such a breath of fresh air throughout this incredibly overwhelming home buying process! We are first time home buyers and felt very confident in what we wanted from the beginning. She has so much knowledge of the area and was so responsive, always willing to tour homes with us last minute (even on Mother's Day!)
