Extremely rude, sarcastic. Doesn't care and doesn't have any sympathy when someone is going through something. Don't understand why she chose the career she's in if she's going to act that way with a patient. It must not be the first time she acts that way because someone at the doctors office apologized on her behalf and said "she probably hasn't had her lunch yet" whatever the case is it doesn't give her the right to be rude. She's getting paid to do her job and this is how she comes off.. no thank you. Do not recommend!!!
