Lorraine has this almost spiritual aura about her. She is so incredibly understanding and caring, with a sprinkle of spunk. Additionally, she takes the time to get to know her patients. In my case, I am not often seen, but she clearly took the time to view the chart and regonize me from my last visit. I felt valued and the anxiety I had felt before meeting her the first time melted away at her familiar face. I wasn't just a patient... Lorraine treated me as an equal with up most respect. She is amazing!
Extremely unprofessional staff. My 7 yr old was sick with double ear infections. She poked him inside one ear and hurt him then she got aggravated when he refused to let her look in the 2nd. Staff told my child he would be held down and forced to take Tylenol through a syringe of he didnt take it. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Saw her Saturday at urgent care, did a great job!
