Saw her Saturday at urgent care, did a great job!
Very judgmental place and I didn't feel an understanding and professional atmosphere at All!!! It took me crying and very upset for the old lady to be professional and understanding. do not do that to another patient.. was shocked and disappointed in this facility. Will never go back.
I relocated to this area and did not have a primary care physician established yet. I had a persistent sore throat so I utilized the walk-in clinic. Lorraine was very kind and helpful, reassuring me with care suggestions moving forward. Reception staff and the intake was very efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend the walk-in clinic in Sault Ste. Marie. It was my first time ever needing to use a facility of this type, and I had an excellent experience.
