Worst experience EVER. I literally asked this woman/nurse if there was something wrong, as she seriously lacked compassion and social skills for someone who is supposed to be helping within the mental health industry. She stated that she is not personable. That is an understatement. This was simply someone who was just pompous and inattentive. She has straight up INHUMANE bedside manner.

Honestly, not the best experience. She was nice during our session, I had a bad reaction to a medication she prescribed and wrote her 6/20 in the morning. She just replied today, 3 days later and told me to schedule another appointment to switch the medication. I don’t understand why she can’t just switch it… especially since I just saw her last week.

If I could leave zero stars I would, like evey practice they make you fill out what medications you are on before hand. As soon as I started my session with her I was met with a terrible demeanor and was incredibly rude. She said she couldn't help and was unwilling to help over and over. Most unprofessional provider I have ever come across. Simply a rude old lady.
