Ever since Tod and Karen, Lyette and Billy left the building it's not the same. The staff is rude and the building is always dirty its a joke. The underground garage smells bad. And higher management has no clue how to run a building.
I had an excellent experience working with Tina Marshall and Laurie Sanger. They truly care about their tenant and handle everything with genuine professionalism . I really appreciate their effort and dedication.
Very expensive and unsafe. Management recently assaulted by tenant. Currently no control over day to day activities. Balcony reconstruction has been active for 5 months. The constant noise levels are unacceptable, and will continue for another long while. Rent increases are constant without regard for living conditions. A rent reduction should be considered to compensate for the poor living conditions. Totally disgusting. Do not move here
Awesome staff...well kept and clean.... So it's 10 months since my original review and I would like to add...thank you to not only, Todd and Karen, and Ray and Cindy, but to all my neighbors on the 5th floor for being the "village" in helping me to seeing my grandchildren go from birth to their first day of school...it really does take a village and I couldn't be more happy that it was here at Lorneville apartments...BEST MANAGEMENT AND NEIGHBOURS EVER !!!! 🤗 ******well,....it is with dismay and regret that I am updating my... read more
