Very expensive and unsafe. Management recently assaulted by tenant. Currently no control over day to day activities. Balcony reconstruction has been active for 5 months. The constant noise levels are unacceptable, and will continue for another long while. Rent increases are constant without regard for living conditions. A rent reduction should be considered to compensate for the poor living conditions. Totally disgusting. Do not move hereÂ
Awesome staff...well kept and clean.... So it's 10 months since my original review and I would like to add...thank you to not only, Todd and Karen, and Ray and Cindy, but to all my neighbors on the 5th floor for being the "village" in helping me to seeing my grandchildren go from birth to their first day of school...it really does take a village and I couldn't be more happy that it was here at Lorneville apartments...BEST MANAGEMENT AND NEIGHBOURS EVER !!!! 🤗 ******well,....it is with dismay and regret that I am updating my... read more
People who have been incarcerated for anything is not going to be getting a apartment here!! Landlord was very mean about it to me and I was just looking for a apartment on DSS help and was totally put in a spot for trying to better my lifeÂ
I love to give credit where credit is due and I would like to thank Bill yesterday for taking such good care of me after I fell well or should I say the elevator door is closed on me from staying with me calling 911 and waiting till the ambulance arrived and saw me off and I have to admit them taking care of them meaning Bill and his wife Lyette and taking my dogs into my apartment while I received medical treatment again thank you so kindly your kindness does not go unnoticeÂ
