Very cheap apartment rent. Nice office staff and maintenance. But the apartments are really old and full of roaches.

This is a really great apartment complex! It's well maintained and the staff is very kind and professional. Crystal is an excellent manager and will take care of any issue! I really appreciate how they go out of their way to quickly address any maintenance issues. It's also in a convenient location and within walking distance to several stores and restaurants.
