I truly appreciated the compassion and clarity with which the process was explained, and we had scheduled an appointment accordingly. Our dog ultimately passed peacefully on her own terms on the morning of the booking. Receiving your heartfelt card today meant a great deal to us and was deeply appreciated. We took our cat here little Lucy, Dr Natalie De Souza was really nice, upfront and genuine. I'm going to be taking my dog here now they were lovely. Highly recommend.
