The doctor didn’t realize that the problem I was talking about was because of my night shifts. Instead of really listening to my concerns, he just started sharing own assumptions like it was a one-size-fits-all answer.
Do not bother calling as they will never pick up the calls. Seems I am in a third world country and not in Canada. Called multiple times on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 @ 10:30 a.m. but they never pick up the calls. Clinics like these need to be regulated and fined for not keeping the basic standards for running a clinic. The reception staff behaved very unprofessionally. When we asked about the timing, we were told it would take about one hour, but we ended up waiting for more than two hours. When I inquired again, the receptionist's lady said they made a mistake by even accepting our application. This was very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
