The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. They came quickly and without any issue. The communication when they are being made and out for delivery was really good. I will continue to order from Lori's!
Great service and beautiful, fresh flowers. The delivery was on time, and the bouquet looked even better than expected. Everything was arranged perfectly, and the flowers stayed fresh for a long time. Highly recommend.
Always amazing service. I ordered from Australia and because we are a day ahead, the calendar wouldn’t accept that I wanted to send them same day so I sent an email and the team were onto it right away, letting me know that delivery would happen on the same day as requested. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The flowers looked like I bough them from Costco, not a custom bouquet for 85 dollars. Charged me upfront without a chance to arrange the flowers by the look of it. So you don’t know what you paying for, not regular experience I am used to. Flowers not fresh, pretty limited choice. I guess whatever behind the glass is for events, so you can’t get stuff from there. Bouquet was also not tided together, no flower food left, nothing. Worse than if I would by from local metro.
