Oddly rude when calling the listed number to ask if anyone would be at the business (nobody has been there during business hours lately). Felt like I was interrupting her weekend. After an "Okay thank you, goodbye" I received the attached text. Bizarre behavior for a local business.

Two years ago, Lori did a great job helping me choose a moderately priced, good-quality mattress. She was patient with my questions and doubts and provided excellent information. I am writing a review now because I realize the mattress has held up well and remains comfortable. The mattress is still like new. Lori communicates well and is conscientious about providing good service. I recommend her!

Excellent service, good info, strong product, great price. Lori’s is a great way to “shop local” for mattresses. Free home delivery and transport away of old mattress! I’m a very satisfied customer 😁 Tell a friend.

Bought 4 mattresses from Lori. Happy to support local a business but those mattresses did NOT last. Very sad. Sitting in a different mattress store, as I write this, buying new beds.

I was shopping for a "mattress upgrade" for my 16-year-old son, who has been sleeping on a too-short twin bed for years, and I always prefer to shop locally at small businesses if possible. Fortunately, Lori's Half-Price Mattress came up in a web search, and I called the number right away. Lori met us at her conveniently located showroom in downtown Sebastopol, where she also maintains a small warehouse so that she can provide in-stock items for same-day delivery when possible.
