Very disappointed. My hairdresser has retired and I went in a couple weeks ago to talk to someone about getting a haircut. I spoke to Shelley and she was pleasant and told me her hours she works. I was in the area and went in to make an appointment. I approached the desk and waited at least five minutes. There were 4 stylists there who didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited standing by the desk, then sat down, and not one person asked me if they could help me. I must have been there at least 10-15mins. I finally walked out. ... read more
